We make it simple for residents!

Step 1 : Trash Preparation
At H&H Valet Trash, service days and collection times may vary by community.
Please confirm your scheduled pickup days and service window with your property management team if you are unsure.
All trash bags must be securely tied before placing them in your H&H container.
To ensure safe and clean removal, bags must be durable enough to prevent leaking or tearing during transport.
Step 2 : Ready for Pickup

Place your H&H Valet Trash container outside your front door during the designated two-hour service window prior to collection.
Ensure your trash bag is securely tied and placed inside the container.
If you have more than one bag, neatly stack (“snow cone”) the bags inside the container to maximize space and ensure proper pickup.
If you are unsure of your collection days or service window, please confirm details with your community management team.

Step 3 : You're All Set!
After your trash has been collected, simply bring your H&H Valet Trash container back inside your apartment home by 9:00 AM the following morning.
With H&H handling the trip to the dumpster, you’re free to enjoy your evening stress-free.
